Pay loan on time every month for a year, never late and all ask for is a small loan and the agent treated me very unprofessional!! Ran my credit to get a hard inquiry on my credit, didnt even try to get what I ask!! When this loan is paid never again!! This was at the Plank Rd office in Spotsylvania across from Wawa

I went to this location to October 29th to apply for a loan. I really did not want to go into their office because I was in school. But since they insisted they needed me I missed my class just to find out that I needed a cosigner. They could have told me that over the phone. I wouldn't have missed my class! Some of these things need to be just told over the phone. Or if somebody is not able to do something they can be more accommodating. They called again today since I decided to give them another shot. Big mistake! They still want you to come in to their office. Due to this virus I am not leaving my home. They need to have an option where it can be done over the phone. Because I'm afraid if I go over there yet again they're going to say the same damn thing. They are not a good company. Don't use them. The Motto should be we waste your time!
