This was an absolute horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would.. Unfortunately it is evident that customer service is not important. We had a party of 5 and my son ordered a simple cheeseburger and fries. He even stated he wanted just cheese and meat and it came back with all fixings. I understand that mistakes happen, so we asked for it to be redone. Well the second one comes out and it has some crazy sauce on it. Our server was nowhere to be found. I took the plate and walked it to the server area and grabbed the only person I saw to help. I also asked to see a manager. Well the manager finally came to the table and I explained the situation. He went on to explain what the sauce was. Seriously I don't care what the sauce was. We asked for a simple plain cheeseburger with nothing but meat and cheese. NOT that difficult. The manager did not once apologize for the troubles. Then the icing on the cake. The server brings the bill out and states I can't take the meal off because it was part of a special deal. Absolutely unbelievable. Meanwhile my son has not eaten and we now have to take his food to go. Never again will I take my family here. You would think in the middle of a pandemic that businesses would want to try and have every customer leave and want to come back. Not the case at the I Hop on rte 17.

This is the best IHOP experience ever. Super super friendly and funny staff. Both manager and our waiter. The food so food and delicious. Love the big steak omelet. Super yummy. Clean and inviting. Very festive and warmth. Nice outdoor seating. It feels like you are on a holiday destination. A great start to our long drive home to Florida.

Travellers, this is a good stop for a late night meal. Open 24 hours a day is convenient for travelling. The pancakes were salty and the scrambled eggs were over cooked. That being said, it was a tasty meal. Service was polite and accommodating. Service with a smile, behind the mask. Check it out. We recommend.

Always enjoy quality of the food here. Never get good service. Either its mo service or poor.nOur server tonight was just doing it ALL. We tipped him well even though he was abrupt. We kinda understood. IHOP hire some people if you want business.

Food was well prepared and tasted great. We went during a very busy time and staff still got our food to us in a timely manner while also being very attentive and courteous. Our server Tonya was amazing
