I try to buy from businesses that are local rather than online. I've been to this location for part several times. They always cost much more than any other place. They have always treated me as if they didn't want to provide service. Out right rude. I thought it was one particular person but everyone there treated me this way everytime I went. For that reason they will be my absolute last resort when looking for parts.
People inside are very helpful and try to give the best service and advice available. Sometimes they dont have common stuff but napa is a trucking parts store too so cut them some slack on you not having some part for your 2020 kia. That's not the peoples problem. Never had a complaint.
Some of their parts prices are higher than others but they have a good selection amd everybody there is always very helpful and polite.
Perfect went above and beyound to get some hydro hoses made for my Bobcat while i waited getting me back to the site and finishing job on schedule !
Needed a very common part. Did not have. Could have ordered it and gotten it some time in the distant future. All these napas have weird hours. Trash.
