My family and I are pleased with living in this community. The staff and the maintenance crew are accommodating and do a good job. The rental office staff have always made us feel at home. We like the extra activities like food truck Fridays, seasonal contests, and the community parties (non-covid times) that they put on. I have recommended to many other people and plan to keep recommending Brittany Commons.

Beautiful grounds, maintenance requests always answered in a timely fashion, and great layout for optimization of space for a 1 br/1 ba apartment. Also, Tammy Cook at the front office is the best! Work with her and you'll be so glad you did.

If you are looking for an apartment that is centrally and conveniently located, more sq feet than most other apartments, great amenities, free parties, food, quiet surroundings, park like setting, clean, Great management (the Best!) quick, professional service,maintenance, and repair, then look no further, Brittany is the place to live.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here, the service from front staff is terrible so many issues with the apartments, most are outdated have put it 5 different requests to have drier/ washer fixed, dryer keeps breaking down and can’t get laundry done the washer started leaking and flooded the laundry room/kitchen and started to go in the living room carpet and they refused to replace the equipment they keep insisting they will just fix it but it never gets fixed because it breaks down again, their solution is give you a key to another vacant apartment to do laundry, it’s so inconvenient and not worth all the money you pay for rent when stuff doesn’t even work! When I first moved In everything seemed great but wait a bit and everything changes also Windows leak and there have been mold that grows on the walls and they just paint over it!

We have been here several years and love it! Grounds are well kept, office is amazing and the staff is the best! Thank you guys for being awesome! Would highly recommend living here to anyone!
