This was our first experience in buying a home sight unseen. We will be moving from CA to VA a little later in the year and needed a landing spot. Our search led us to Ryan Homes and ultimately to Keswick Villas. Our first contact was with Angela and she has gone the second and third mile by hosting our adult children in our virtual tour of the property and model. Our next stop was with Charlie from NVR Mortgage and he has been wonderful in helping us navigate the wide world of loan applications. We cannot be more excited about what lies ahead as our new home is being built.
