T F Alterations & Cleaners

Brought five dresses for alteration after one of my friends recommended this place. The lady did a great job on altering all of them in a timely manner. Thank you for your fabulous work.

FAST and CONVENIENT! I have taken multiple bridesmaid dresses and had them altered here! They are always ready within a week or so and are so easy to work with! Well priced!

I was hesitant to stop by this dry cleaners b/c of the 1-star review down below. I don't know who was working at the store when the customer below went, but the lady who took care of my stuff was very friendly. She told me when to pick it up and the clothes came out clean on time. Highly recommended!

I mainly only get one or two things cleaned at a time but they have always done a good job and even helped me out when I was in a pinch and needed it back quickly.

This place beside Food lion really deserves negative stars.... They are lucky this thing only allows 1-5 stars!!!! A while back i bought a shirt for a formal occasion at Mens warehouse..... that shirt needed cleaning after i spilled something on it...also 1 of my 3 suits needed cleaning. took these 2 items here to T F. Shirt and suit. My first impression of the lady up front was she was socially awkward.... she looks at you like your stupid and talks to you like it too! she does show respect... but i really did not like the way she talked and looked at me. just uncomfortable. there are a lot of awkward people nowadays but some people. you just have to tolerate them!!! Heres what got me mad..... I get my shirt and suit back. it wasn't very long. the waiting time was actually really good!! they called me in a timely manner. left me a message and i went to pick them up. When I got home.... my shirt was not the shirt I left with them. It was someone else's!! unbelievable. I immediately called them and they never picked up the phone. left them a message to call me back immediately. did not call back even in a half hour! i called back again... they picked up and i asked them why they did not call back immediately. they said they did not hear the phone. i explained to them they gave me the wrong shirt and the lady said she did not....SO I drove all the way back to there. which is almost a 20 min drive btw! I was lucky i had a photo of myself with MY shirt on. if not, i might not have gotten my shirt back... until maybe the other person also realised the mix up..... this lady was adamant she hadn't given me the wrong item. she would not own up to it only until AFTER i showed the picture to her. BASICALLY. too much trouble from these people. Go somewhere else. They don't even do that great of a job. The shirt had yellow / brown around the collar from where I would sweat. they didn't even clean it all. it was still visible!!
