Suit pants and jacket didn’t get cleaned at all and now suit jacket has a button missing . Gave me someone else’s coat. The other two items out of 5 were fine.
I took two pairs of expensive men's Italian blue jeans here to be hemmed. I specifically asked that an off-white thread be used to match the existing thread on the rest of the jeans. It does make a difference to use matching thread in order to hide that they have been hemmed as best as you can. She told me she would do her best. When I picked them up she had used black thread. Apparently she forgot or didn't care about thread color. The hem itself and length was OK. However, one would think as much as she alters pants she would already know this, especially when I asked for matching off-white thread. Anyhow, I won't be back.
I have been going here for years and have had nothing but excellent service. Her work is beautiful and so is her attitude. She truly aims to please. I would highly recommend!
Surprisingly great for alterations. It is dry cleaning but also alterations. You do have to change into the clothing in the bathroom and she measures you in the middle of the shop. But she does great alterations with quick turn arounds.
I was referred by someone to try this place for alterations. I took a pair of pants and two nice blouses and was very disappointed! My wine color blouse was altered with a bright purple thread and the strips of my white bloude were not cut. I feel this is something I could of done at home; my experience rations were not met!nn9/8/2018
