Went in to the visitors center. Very informative! There is a great number of things to do,sights to see and places to eat. We look forward to exploring it all.
Area is very nice, calm and fast pace. Only issue is its one-way streets. I deliver in this area on a daily bases. Be aware of the beggers that are downtown. For the kids, stop by the children's museum. I've been going since grade school.
Historic area with brick walkways and unique homes. Lots of plaques detailing the history of the buildings adds to the experience. I recommend taking the ferry to Norfolk, especially with kids. Great experience!
No places to park your car. Beautiful historical house. Nice atmosphere.
Portsmouth's local government needs to do a little more for their community. This lovely area could die if not cultivated. The tunnel has not done Portsmouth any services and theclocal government seems to do nothing about it. Very sad
