the neighborhood looks nice and I'm trying to inquire about an apartment but I have LITERALLY been calling up there for an entire week and have not once been able to talk to anybody over the phone. I haven't had not one person to answer the phone and i will call a few times throughout the day.That is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. And then I've gotten a message when calling that I believe means they might have turned the phone off, not sure. But I'm not about to drive 20 minutes every time I have a question because the phone is not being answer.

They let your problems prolong, power has been flashing in the room for weeks can't even turn the lights on & have the tv on at the same time a/c been out for weeks i talked with a few neighbors & they have similar problems I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies

My name is DJ I have lived at Victory village for nearly 9 years. Myself,roommate,and wife have as well. This community is by far the BEST place I have ever lived in. I have stayed in a two as well as a three bed room; which i am in currently. I am wheelchair bound as well as my roommate, my wife uses a cane as well as a scooter. i am in a newly renovated handicapped apartment, and DEAR GOD does it make my life easier.nnMiss Laura G the property Manager is BY FAR the absolute most wonderful person in the entire world. She is so dedicated to her job and really cares about every one. She also Always treats everyone the same. The maintenance staff as well as the courtesy officer Shawn L help keep the grounds clean safe, and running smoothly. Out of all of the places I have live NOTHING will ever top Victory Village ApartmentsnnThank You DJC

I understand that i dont have the best of credit,but Laura is RUDE. I applied for an apartment and she said my daughter had to do a application because she was over 18. She was given a money order for 2 people credit check and only ran a credit check on me. She told me even if she had ran my daughter's it didnt matter because she didnt have a job.nIf i could give -100 stars i would because of her.nUnprofessional and Rude. No customer servuce skills what so ever.
