We switched to Virginia Novelty and have yet to have an issue. Alex is wonderful. He services our games weekly. He always makes sure everything is stocked and ready to go. The few times that we had a jam, all we had to do was call or text and we would get someone on location in the same business day. Our over all profits went up as well. Most of the arcade games we had were old and constantly breaking or out of order with our previous supplier. Now we have a larger and better selection of games with Virginia Novelty. There was a positive difference in business just within the first week of doing business with them, which has stayed consistent to this day. I look forward to working with Alex and his family for years to come.

We have been using Virginia Novelty for all of our restaurant’s gaming needs for years. They have always been helpful, understanding, and thorough.
