OMG! I’m only giving 4 stars because of Tiffany Jones! After calling 100 people Leaving a thousand messages amd no one could help us and going to the building (closed for covid) we finally reached an agent by the name of Tiffany Jones and she went over and beyond to help us! If u need help dial 3 on the 8524 number and you will reach someone! Thanks Tiffany!
Extremely unprofessional. Closed for covid-19 but established no way to begin new service, besides dropping off in envelope to drop-box. Has not posted new method on website and getting ahold of customer service is harder than an at home root canal. Hung up on me after I had the audacity to ask if there was any other way than drop box, I like to ensure stuff gets done, not just hope it does.
Originally posted 1 star after very long waiting time on hold... but after getting the rep I had, I told her I had to change my review! Ms. Y Terrell provided amazing customer service and went above and beyond the call of service and was pleasantly and surprisingly helpful with my inquirie as for water service! She deserves an Award at the least and sets a new tone for the phrase CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you ms. Terrell!
Called all day never answered my call. After 3 months I have not received my deposit check and was handed no recourse in this matter. This place is a joke and I feel like the only thing they r worried about is themselves,,,very unprofessional.
