Had to renew my business license. There were a lot af people ahead of me,17 in just the first line alone, but I was there less than 30 minutes.n30 minute wait for 3 lines of customers ahead of me.....I take my hat off for the spectacular job done. The smoothness and efficiency of these City Hall employees is impressive indeed.
The human resources on Portsmouth are probably the worst I've ever seen from human resources, people don't call you back, they don't email you back, it is absolutely ridiculous and I don't mean this because I'm bitter about anything, so so many people in this building are unprofessional and I have no clue how they got the job. The civil service is absolutely ghastly. They do not serve the people at all...nAT ALL. There is no accountability, the civil service believe that they are infallible.
