Customer service was terrible! It seemed like she didn't want to work that day. She didn't talk me through the process or let me know that we wouldn't be able to achieve my reference photo. We didn't even come close to the photo i showed her and for me to pay so much money for it! I was so unhappy with my hair. Thanks for ruining my first salon experience.

Professional Staff. Knowlwdgeable about all hair types and fashion. Able to repair mistakes from home applied hair dyes. I was empressed with all of it.
