As property owner and working for Georgetown south Community I do have a good experiencenThere is lot of opinions, perspectives, and assumptions, I was part of many projects see for yourself the reality, and find the source good management work staff, live your experience rather than outside of yourself.

The atmosphere is wonderful. The community center is very spacious and clean. Everything looks new and modern.

HOA'S ARE HIGH AND THEY ARE MORE DELICATE TO THE HISPANIC IN THE AREA. THE ELDERLY DON'T GET THE HELP NEED FOR HOME REPAIRS THEY TELL YOU SOMEONE WILL RETURN YOUR CALL 3 WEEKS GO BY NO CALL I STOPPED BY A WEEK AGO TALK WITH YOUNG LADY AT FRONT DESK SAID SHE WILL HAVE SOMEONE CALL STILL NO CALL THEN THEY WANT TO CHARGE THESE ELDERLY FOR NOT HAVING REPAIRS DONE WHERE IS THE HELP.
