So pleased with their work! These guys know how to actually FIX stuff and are very good at it. Ashley does the scheduling and is wonderful. She even helped me come up with a workaround for a leaky shower handle until they could come out to look at it. We had two showers that were both constantly dripping from their handles, and Gary was able to fix one and order the part to fix the other within an hour. I had previously called another company that was unable to fix either problem and had recommended a full replacement of my shower handles to fix the leak, which would have required tile work and thousands of dollars. I have an older home and want to maintain instead of constantly replacing. They have also recently completed a rather complicated water heater replacement at our rental house that involved multiple visits and coordination with another service provider, and were so easy to work with during that process. I will only be calling Ralph's from now on!nnAlso Covid compliant with mask wearing. Courtesy call to let you know they are on the way and also easy to communicate with via text/email.

They showed up right on time, had precisely the parts they needed to fix the faucet, and we’re in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service!

I calle Ralph's and spoke with the most professional and respectful young lady named Ashley. I had lost trust in all the companies that have been out to my house for a leak. Every other company said I needed to replace my water line and never once came inside to check for leaks. Ashley reassured me her men would do an investigation prior to any recommendations on what was needed. And was she RIGHT! Turns out I had a spigot at the back of my barn that was flowing like the nile river. They fixed the leak and checked the water meter and just like that it was done! Very professional people and I don't know what others are talking about. Ashley answered the phone was eager to help me. Ralph's will forever be my plumber.

Where do I even begin I was very concerned about what was in front of me but dealing with Ashley alone alleviated any concerns no matter what repair issues I was about to face. Ralphs Plumbing is a 10 Star not a 5. I have a combined 15 years of real estate and property management experience behind me and truly can't recommend a better company. Once again thank you Ashley for your care and concern when dealing with me never at one time did you not put my concerns aside.

Scheduled an appointment 2 days out, which was earliest available. Was given a 5 hour window on that day to wait for the plumber to arrive. He was a no show. No call received from the office. I called this morning to see if we could reschedule (desperate after 5 days of no hot water) and they do not answer my call or return my message. Rates aren't the best either. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
