A great experience. Very professional and competent tech . I would add, though, my appointment was at 8:30 a.m. and technician got here at 10:00. I would have appreciated a phone call advising me about the delay because of an early afternoon medical I had scheduled. It just added a little stress.
1st time using RJ Tilley and it was super! Best I've ever experienced with a plumbing company. Mr. Brooks who arranged the appointment was so kind and helpful. He got me scheduled right away for my sink emergency. Mark, the plumber, was tremendous! Professional, friendly and really knows plumbing. Got my problem solved quickly even though it was a bit unusual. Mark explained every thing and I was very happy with the service. Thanks so much!
Sewage backup in my home since Wednesday. Called them on Wednesday and made appointment for Friday. They called at 2PM Friday to tell me that since my septic tank is private and not public that I need to clean my septic tank first before they come. That's fine and all but they wait all day to call and let me know that plus when I made an appointment they should have told me then. So here I am at 2:30PM looking for a septic service. Thanks a lot JR Tilley I would not and will not recommend your service to anyone.
My husband and I recently had a major plumbing issue and I cannot say enough about how wonderful these folks were! We had several employees that worked tirelessly to solve our plumbing problem. They were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and stayed until the job was thoroughly completed and solved! I would definitely recommend. Thank you R J Tilley!
Nothing impresses me more than someone being punctual. We had an appointment at 10 today, and Mr. Brooks was here AT 10!
