James and his partner were here when my heater stopped working on the main floor. They were both extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I don't know too much about heating but James explained the whole process and made me feel at ease about the situation. Use these guys, they are awesome!
My technician for Michael & Son was James. Not only was he friendly and professional, but he might have been as smart of a technician that I’ve talked to. Plus, he had my best interests at heart and went the extra mile of a service or additional cost wasn’t needed. He explained everything to me clearly and was very honest. His customer service was above and beyond. I can only hope to get James again or someone like him when it comes to my heating, electrical, AC or plumbing needs in the future. We received a text reminder of the service call appointment the night before along with information about how they were ensuring everyone’s safety which was very helpful. James, Donovan, and the plumbing tech were awesome! They called prior to coming, arrived on time, and were very professional and personable. They wore masks, nice uniforms, and shoe booties, maintained a safe distance, and requested to only go in the necessary areas of the house. James was very knowledgeable and made good recommendations. He asked if we had any questions and patiently answered them, explaining it to us in ways that made sense and didn’t come off as condescending. They were thorough and quick! Very pleasant experience! I highly recommend Micheal & Sons!

James carried out the yearly, routine maintenance inspection of my attic furnace. He was punctual and I was impressed with the professionalism displayed throughout his visit. He carried out a detailed inspection of my heating system and reviewed/explained his findings at the end of this activity.
