We have used Robert B. Payne for years and are always happy with them. Recently, Robbie stopped by to give us an estimate for new HVAC equipment. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We discussed what was right for our house and we were pleased with the estimate. Ricky and Tommy did the install one day later. They were on time and took measures to protect our floors and belongings and the installation was faster than anticipated. They took time to explain warranty options as well as how to use the new digital thermostat. We thank them for a great experience!

A wonderful experience. Someone recommended Robert B. Payne, Inc. to us. They had repaired and inspected our previous heat pump, so they were the natural choice when replacing the unit. From the estimate to the install, it was painless. Their team was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Robert B. Payne.

What great service! From phone contacts, to Robbie the salesman, and to Ricky and Tommy the installation technicians, I was impressed. All of my questions were answered and I now have an excellent heating and cooling system. The install was accomplished in one day and everything was left in pristine condition. Robbie, Ricky and Tommy were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They're all a great reflection on Robert B Payne. I definitely made the right decision when I went with the local contractor.

We used Robert Payne to install a new furnace and air conditioner. We shopped around and although everyone gave good quotes, we went with Payne...Robbie (from Payne) gave us an honest quote and was very patient answering our questions. He gave us brochures for the equipment he recommended and actually talked us down from upgrading to a size he didn't think we needed. After we chose Payne, they sent 3 techs to install the systems. Ricky, Tommy, and Travis arrived on time and had everything installed and operational within 5 hours. They were neat, clean, and very professional. They also were thorough about showing us everything and sticking around to answer our questions. It was a great experience!

Our experience with this business has been excellent thus far. Our new heating and cooling units were installed quickly and professionally by Tommy and Ricky, their demeanor pleasant, and their work performance professional as well. They explained the installation of the units, answered all our questions, reviewed the contract and explained the services provided by the Robert B Payne company and our warranty.
