The client cant speak english very well but they had no hot water on a gas water heater. The plumber for whatever reason installed an electric heater. And also no shut off valve was installed (required by code).nWas there no attempt to translate spanish to clearly discuss the options? Who would install a heater with no shut off valve?????????nnA gas heater CAN be installed so now she lost major money to have this fixed. What in the world happened with this transaction???nnWe will install the correct heater but honestly, give the customer her money back and take that brand new (never been used as its never been hooked up) back amd credit her for the cost of that electric heater.nSigned, The follow up plumber in unit 7.
