York Toftoy and Bonnie are extremely professional. She handled my issues swiftly and courteously. He was on time every time. He explained the process, greek to me, but you can tell he knows his craft. I am a very satisfied customer!

York Toftoy is very professional, thorough, and extremely reasonable in cost. He knows his trade as well as anyone in the business and is meticulous in how he works. York reminds me of one who is performing a job as if he was doing the same task in his own home! I really appreciate that greatly. It's fantastic having the confidence of a job done correctly. I have no reason to ever hire any other plumber.

Mr. Toftoy was friendly and very knowledgeable. I could tell he’s been doing this a long time and enjoys his work. During his visit, he also fixed a problem that I didn’t know I had, and gave me some great recommendations for when we redo the hardware in our bathrooms.
