On two different cars I own. I took them to lubetech. I paid for synthetic oil. Had to take both cars to different dealerships to have work done on them. Had a free oil change at one of them. So I had the oil changed. Both dealers told me neither of my cars had synthetic oil in them. I had trusted them for years. I just feel ripped off.

They have always been quick and efficient with excellent service. A super friendly locally owned business.
Pleasantly surprised with the service, speed at which they did it and the price. At least $40 less than Jiffy Lube for synthetic plus tire rotation. Great customer service too. Refreshing.
