GARDEN INN Fredericksburg - South

This hotel was very nasty... the rooms are dirty they have roaches none of the lights in the room worked all bubs were blown... went to the office to get my money back bc all the roaches and lady just wanted to give us another room... um nah if one room has em all do....

This not garden inn this are (Stay 4 less) be aware bed bugs and the seeling and floor are destroyed the building have to be demolished. They steal the next door hotel name .

I stayed 2 nights. Was a good stay. Rooms nice with plenty of room. The lady at the front desk her name was Debbie has very good personality and communication skills. Will definitely be staying again especially with Debbie working.. I give her 5 stars for customer service and the hotel get a 4 stars...

If I could give it 0 stars I would!! The only good thing is that the staff was so so friendly (so much so I felt bad leaving).nWe got to our room and 2 of the 4 lights in the room worked, holes in the walls from screws or something. The bathroom vanity was being held up by two wood posts (one of which moved) the door was swollen and cracked on the bottom from water damage. The walls were terribly painted. The bed looked clean but you never know. The best part was the rooms door... it had to be closed multiple times in order to shut and the batteries for the key card were hanging out the back... we were told it had just been renovated also.nWe left and got our money back, I suggest you keep yours.

The office ladies are rude and act like I was a problem because they had to let me in two different room due to thier locks not working .
