Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fredericksburg South (I-95), VA

Room smelled awful, like was smoked in and had wood floor so not the carpet. The heat was controlled by the building, not per room and the windows had no screen so couldn’t even open them a little bit to get the stink out or cool air in. They said we could turn heat off, which we did and still too warm. No vent in bathrooms to turn on when showering or son stinking it up. There was one in ceiling but no switch for it. Door knob to bathroom didn’t work properly or lock correctly. Container for ice was dirty. HBO was snow the first day we were there. The hot tube was empty. Refrigerator froze everything we put in it and no way to adjust it. There was hair on the shower wall & the shower curtain was barely hanging-all torn and shredded at top and bottom. People loitering in front of building each evening, no sign of security or police presence. Couldn’t wait to check out and move on.

Very nice and clean. Modern room with refrigerator and microwave. Pet friendly which was a plus a us and our golden retriever. No complaints at all

The hotel was very noisy. You could hear everything because of the thin walls. The employees were excellent. I feel as though the room could of been cleaner. Overall it was an ok stay. Don't think I will stay again at this location unless I had no choice.

The pool was closed for maintenance which is the main reason we booked this hotel. The AC in the room didn't work but fortunately the window opened and had to have it open all night long. It was a very nice room though.

Disappointing! Pool is open but no mention of the hot tub being closed. Room was extremely hot and even when thermostat was off the room stayed very hot. No fan in the bathroom so it stayed humid. Sink is clogged. Remote did not work even after asking for new batteries. Breakfast was awkward. Need I say more
