This Fredericksburg Marriott Team is superb & has created a super-safe stay experience for both Customers & Staff!nnWithout exception, guests & staff were 100% masked, with explicit sinage to help remind all of the need for adhering to safe practice.nnEspecially unique was their famous Residence Inn breakfast, which was served by a single chef, adeptly skilled in super-safe culinary practice! He gathered your choices as you asked, placed them safely in your hands, and moved efficiently on to the next guest.nnIn between, he impeccably sanitized the tables. 5***** & 100%

Beautiful property and the personnel working here and at the front desk are terrific. They were out of handicapped accessible rooms, but the young man working the front desk was able to produce a shower chair for us....he even delivered it to our room. The suite we stayed in was very spacious with a home-sized stove with oven, family sized refrigerator and plenty of room. Everything was exceptionally clean and well layed out, maximizing the entire suite. The bathrooms were large and easy to get around. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Not the best Residence Inn.nMade the reservation with the Hotel directly the night before our arrival.nGot there the next day around 3:30 and was told they had no rooms available. Never had that happen, they weren't sure if they were going to have one.nAfter much go round they found us a two bedroom suite (which we asked for).nIt was not clean although they said it was.n* You can see dirt on a brown carpet*nWalls were nasty, dirt on bathroom floor and LOUD. It's right off I 95 you can actually hear the road noise in the bathroom through the vents. That's new to me.nIt was the most I have ever paid for one night with our dog that was not up to snuff for the Marriott Brand.nI would find a different place to stay.nPlus: They do have an indoor pool and are close to places to eat and shopping if that's what your in to.

Looking for one of my go to hotels, we found this Residence Inn. It's hidden behind the mall but still in a great location. We got a nice clean room for a good night's sleep for the rainy roadtrip. Service was friendly. No complaints.

This is my go to hotel stopover for my long trips from Florida to the Northeast side of the country. It's in a great location very close the Spotsylvania town center, nice restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores.nnThe hotel itself is very clean, friendly service staff, and the rooms are huge, with a kitchenette, small dining table, small study table, and couch with pull-out bed. Overall, it's always a very pleasant stay when I'm here.
