Hilton Garden Inn Fredericksburg

The woman at the front desk was very nice and greeted us warmly. (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name.) We ordered room service - I had the fish and chips special. The fish was excellent -- cooked properly, the crust perfect, not soggy but crisp. The french fries were OK, lukewarm and didn't seem fresh, but I'll cut them some slack since it was 9:30 p.m. and the restaurant closed at 10:00 p.m.nnThe room was clean and neat, but it wasn't as clean as I would expect during a pandemic. There was a hair on the bathroom sink, and rings from coffee or water mugs on the desk. Also, the power button on the remote control for the TV didn't work -- I figured out how to turn it on manually. The room didn't have any guide to TV stations, so I just flipped channels.nnOverall, a very nice experience.

Heated pool, jacuzzi, good service, updated rooms, location is right off central park for plenty of things to do nearby and so many food delivery options. We got the suite and it fit two families in there comfortably with one separate bedroom, kitchenette, dining table and living space. Breakfast not included but trust me when I tell you the extra $10 or so per person is so worth it in the morning. Fresh on order menu courtesy of the chef.

Clean spacious lobby and rooms. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Only 4/5 because the restaurant serving times were only morning and night with no lunch options and menu limited.

Great location. Hotel was clean and smelled clean. Bartender was amazing (2/28/2021). My only reccomendations for the bar are that you guys get a blender ud83dude02ud83dude02. My margarita on the rock was delicious, she did an amazing job. Cynthia was working the front desk upon check in. After a long day of traveling with my children she Meade it so quick and easy to get my kids checked in and settled for the night. Cynthia embodies the Hilton hotel customer service. She was so pleasant, professional and genuinely kind. 10/10 reccomend for her to get a raise and a promotion. The bartender too I just forgot to get her name

It was pleasant. Bed spread had a bad stain, but was replaced promptly. Breakfast was not included and is pricey. Have stayed at nicer places that include Breakfast. In general, I would stay again, but would shop around first.
