My experience started a year ago when I didn't get approved for a loan. The professionalism with my salesman David was outstanding. I then promised myself once I improved my credit I would return to purchase my car. David displayed patience and integrity. He was very knowledgeable of the product and he asked probing questions to ensure I was in a safe affordable car.nnI was then introduced to Jeff the manager which was great in explaining prices to me.nnFinally I met Niki in the finance department. She was awesome in going over the contract to explain everything and made sure I had an understanding of everything.nnThis is the best place to purchase a vehicle.

I came to MB of Fredericksburg for what seemed to be a minor issue. I met Tony Di Cino upon arrival. Tony's knowledge of my request put me at ease. However, what could go wrong did go wrong. Despite the challenges we faced, Tony kept me well informed every step of the way. That meant a lot to me. My experience on this trip from the technicians, shuttle drivers, check in staff, to Tony was very satisfying, which the made the entire process not really stressful. We walked into the dealership in search of a car to replace the one we currently have. Ryan greeted and welcomed us warmly. He was very patient and answered every question with extreme joy. The dealership was about to close but the entire staff never rushed us to make a decision. Ryan is an excellent and highly knowledgeable Mercedes Benz expert. He ensured that we purchased a car that we love and went above and beyond to make sure that we received great financing. Delonta was highly experienced with the features on our car. Although it was pass time for him to go home, he ensured that he went the extra mile to explain all features with unimaginable patience. Teddy Parker was early for our appointment.nHe answered questions without pressure, and on top of it all he is a true gentleman. Ask for him. He is worth your time. He made my deal happen!nFOLLOW UP: I had to email Teddy about my vehicle 2 1/2 months later. Teddy answered very quickly and helped me with my issue. Teddy is an honorable man, and GREAT to deal with!
