Brad installed our water softener and the experience was top notch. Finish Line took the time to understand our needs and offered a range of options to fill them. Great price, and professional service. We cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
The worst experience we had with a service provider period. We Called for a significant leak from our water heater that was flooding our basement but did not get emergency service or instructions on how to stop the leak. Our emergency call warranted over 24 hours of wait time before we got the attention of Finish line. Once they show up, they perform a minor band aid repair and leave. A few days later the leak is even worse. We call them on a Friday afternoon, they do not pick up until the next morning and give us an appointment for Monday. Meanwhile, we have no hot water on a cold winter day in Virginia and our basement is flooding into the street. We ask them to make time for an emergency call, we get a smug and unprofessional response. They refuse to accommodate and do not show up. We end up calling a different plumber. The new plumber replaces our water heater (that was obviously in dire need of replacement in the first place)and points out that the fact we had such large amounts of water was due to the subpar earlier repair performed by Finish line who did not properly secure the knots and bolts. Run from this company as far as you can, unprofessional, incompetent and unaccommodating!
I broke my disposal which led to a leak under my sink. Finish Line came to the rescue. Brad, was polite and cordial to my family, he wore his mask AND made sure to wipe his feet when coming in because it was raining that day. He even took care of a clogged shower drain. The level of professionalism and fairness in price is honestly awesome. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you, Brad!
From start to finish, this was a far less hectic process than I thought it would be. We bought a house that had a water softener in the garage, so I was concerned about the lines freezing during winter, but worried about the process of moving it. Brad came out and looked at it very quickly, put my mind at ease about the process and gave me a fair price. 2 business days later, Steve was at my house to do the work. He was professional, polite and cleaned up after himself. The whole situation went flawlessly and I cant thank Finish Line Plumbing Enough! Solid team, solid work ethic and a job well done.
