I live in FL and recently sold my house with Josh. Since I was down in FL I couldn't really keep up with all of the aspects of the house since I couldn't be there to ensure everything was done correctly. Josh was able to provide the highest quality support and contractors to get my house in top shape to sell as quick as possible. I started renovations the 3rd week of January, and just closed last week on the last week of March. To say Josh was the best would be an understatement. I was able to add around $50,000 in value to my home, and have an offer and closing in less than 24 hours while on the market. I know the market is hot right now, but it comes nowhere close to how fast Josh was able to sell. If I ever have another property to buy or sell in KY, Josh will be my one and only choice.

After working with a few other real estate agents that weren’t working out, I’m so glad my family got in touch with Josh — he made our home buying AND selling experiences feel first class. I’ll start off by saying... I’m a pain in the a**. Josh has never made me feel like a burden running him around town and sending him constant addresses to look up for me. He understands what we are looking for and if it can be done, josh will do it. He has literally jumped out of our car to ask a land owner if they were interested in selling. He has taken out costly social media ads to reach potential sellers. He has shown up nights, weekends, last second and has taken care of business in the most professional way.
