It depends on who you get. Alex was amazing. Another stylist left my hair color on 30 minutes longer than the max because she was cutting someone else's hair. Then let me go without a blow-dry and style but still got charged. No thanks.

Both the color specialist and cut stylist listened to exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Robin has cut my hair for about 7 years now and I couldn't be happier! She knows how to cut curly hair, which is such a hard thing to find. She and her staff are very kind and welcoming - always offering a cup of coffee - and the ambiance at the salon is ridiculously cool.
