AMLI Bellevue Park

It is the best place to live! The leasing office and maintenance teams are very kind and ready to help. I was able to get settled very well thanks to them although I'm from Korea for the first time in Seattle area. Great location. Downtown Park and Meydenbauer Bay Park which have such a stunning scenery are across the street. I totally agree on the 5 starts reviews below. It is also very nice place for the Korean people but I hardly meet the Koreans here. If you are a Korean and interest in this marvelous apartment, please contact me and I may help you in Korean language!

I personally had poor experience with two of the staffs (third staff was decent) and would not lease here. They seems to lack the customer empathy which is crucial in this business.nnTheir communication system is 50 years old, where lots of emails, calls and messages get lost. So if you have a month to receive replies, it's not going to be a problem. Just pray that you don't have an emergency while living here and it'll be good.nnOverall leasing here is a frustrating experience, and management makes it hard to justify renting here. But the property itself is at a nice location and amenities are decent.nnI had a different, more negative review, but then AMLI corporate office contacted me and listened to my feedback. They promised to return my deposit and acknowledged their mistake. I've toned this review down as at the end of the day, we are all humans running these businesses and mistakes can happen. As long as we learn from it, and improve ourselves, it's going to be okay. New day brings new change.nnGood luck to leasing staffs and future applicants.

I have lived at AMLI Bellevue Park for 2 years. The location is great, it is in the middle of downtown. Everywhere is walking distance.nBoth leasing and maintenance team are really nice. They are very responsive and solution focused. Move-in/out was no pain at all unlike other communities around.nIf I have to move back to Bellevue DT one day, this would be the first place to check.nAs a side note, the gym is really big and nice.

Have lived at AMLI Bellevue Park for 2 years. Enjoy the location, next to multiple parks and walkable in Bellevue to shops, restaurants.nnStaff are very responsive. The team in the leasing office, including Tiffany & Leigh Ann, are very accommodating to requests and have been great to deal with. Todd, Garcia & the rest of team in maintenance are fantastic. Always get any jobs done quickly and keep you up to date on progress.nnAll in all, we have enjoyed living in this peaceful community.
