Working with Steve was a pleasure. He was really responsive and helpful in selling our house and purchasing our next one. It was a more complex deal involving the sales of two properties to purchase one. On both house sales he did his job. Our house had an offer in 24 hours and sold for significantly above asking price. Steve was also great with the details in the contracts and working with our senior mother. I would recommend him highly.

Steve was extremely helpful from the start. I was so impressed and appreciative of Steve's vast knowledge of everything from the process, to key details about housing maintenance, to landscaping notes, and more. Given that I resided in CA at the time, Steve was more than happy to assist me with multiple home visits and even taking measurements of rooms for me. I highly recommend Steve and will be reaching out to him again for my home buying/selling needs.

Steve is the best – I highly recommend him. He gave me guidance on how to prep my house for selling, listing price, reviewing offers, etc. He also helped me find the perfect home for my family and price range (within the timeframe we needed it). He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market. And I appreciated his patience and kindness in walking me through the process.

Steve is great. Helped us buy the home and then later helped us sell it. He is an excellent advocate and his knowledge of the area, the process, and the market are extremely valuable. He provided regular updates and helpful suggestions which resulted in a quick sale, above list that was negotiated to our significant benefit. If I was still in the region I would not hesitate to use him again!

Steve was great to work with when selling our home. Not only did he provide us with a spot on comprehensive market analysis, he ended up closing our home for more than asking price! I highly recommend Steve if you are looking to list your home.
