Called A-1 on a Friday morning after I had an unexpected back up that sent my plumbing drain burbling up through my shower. (cant begin to tell you what that felt like) Carl, the technician, was able to get to my emergency the same day, even though he already had 5 customers earlier that Friday. Carl was courteous and professional, even though its a dirty business. Emily at the office was just as professional, and very helpful. I hope you never have a need such as this, but if you are in their service area A-1 Septic is the right service to choose!
