Sears use to be a wonderfulnCompany. They are awful. We bought a brand new refrigerator ( kenmore) and after a month it broke. We call the repair company. They send out a repair person. The part is ordered. Day of appt (2 weeks later) appt cancelednBc part is on back order. Day 30 of repair, warranty says u get a new refrigerator. We call back, nope they heave to put it through the request for a new fridge which takes 3-5 more days. Over a month with no refrigerator, family of 5. So, ridiculous! Will not being shopping at Sears anymore!

Very knowledgeable repair person, when he was unfamiliar with a particular problem, was able to call on the spot and get immediate answers. Very pleased with how everything went
Impossible to schedule repair. They only want to sell warranty.
