Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

We've used Heaven's Best for years and are always very happy with our service! Mike is friendly, professional and time-efficient...always perfect from top to bottom. Prices are very fair and the Heaven's Best Carpet Spot Cleaner that's sold in a sprayer bottle works WONDERS for spot treating...one spray and the stain practically disappears. There's really nothing like having clean carpets and I'm so glad I never have to stress having it done, love catching up with Mike as well he's the coolest :)

We used Mike Sollman from Heaven's Best here in Oregon City about a week ago and he did a PHENOMENAL job! We had some pet stains on our upstairs carpets from our old lady dog from shortly after we moved in, as well as some random stains from the previous owners and their kids. We were certain he wouldn't possibly be able to get them all out, but holy cow were we amazed!nnI waited a week to post our review because I know some stains will look like they are gone while the carpet is damp, but then show back up a week later. I am happy to report that they did not come back and our carpets look brand new! It was super quick to dry, too, so we didn't have to wait hours and hours before being able to go back upstairs. The carpet is soft and fluffy, it smells so much fresher upstairs, and he got ALL the stains - including the spilled paint in the closet and the random dark stain in what used to be a kids playroom. I am not even sure what that stain was, but I thought for sure that it would be living there forever.nnMike also gave us some great tips on maintaining our carpets so that they last longer, as well as a bottle of stain remover in case of any additional spills. Not only that, but he also did a protectant treatment on the carpet after cleaning it so that any new spills take longer to soak in, giving us time to get it cleaned up to prevent further staining. We were so thrilled with his service, professionalism, and thoroughness that we have already booked our next cleaning appointment. Mike and his assistant made such a difference for us. Our carpets were 23 years old and had only been cleaned by us over those years and they were looking very drab. In just a couple of hours they had cleaned the living, sitting area, dining room and the halls and they look just as good as the days we had the carpets installed. Couldn’t believe our eyes. We recommend these guys highly.
