I came here from all the posts saying how great it was and that they did a fantastic job, but quite frankly, I had a horrible experience. I asked if they felt comfortable doing a dramatic a-line cut (long in the front very short in the back) she said yes, looked at the photo I had once, then went to work. By the time all was said and done, I had paid 34 dollars for a regular lopsided a-line. She took too much off the front and not enough in the back. The back is shoulder length and the front is just below that. And I had enough hair to do as I asked. Also the sides are obvious in being uneven! And when I asked for her to fix the lopsidedness she said it was fine, then took the Cape off. And I didnt get a receipt. So disappointed.

I was in to see Lisa the other day, I was really nervous as I had just gotten my extentions out and needed my hair fixed. She knew how nervous I was and was very caring. She did an AMAZING job. I was so happy when I left. I would recommend her to everyone!

I have been getting my hair done by Vicki for 3 years now. Vicki is someone I consider a close friend now. But let me start at the beginning. I first met Vicki when I was having my hair done by another stylist at NW Beauty. Vicki had a client that had come out of the woods for her first hair cut in 16 years. This woman was very timid and unsure of what she wanted. She had no idea how to style her hair, and even jumped when Vicki gently started blow drying her hair. Vicki was so kind and compassionate with this woman, so much so that while she worked and walked this woman through the options and process of taking care of her hair, the woman opened up about living off-grid and explained how she didn't ever really look in the mirror and never really learned how to style her hair or really even notice what she looked like. Vicki's reaction and the way she treated this woman gave me a huge lump in my throat. It was the sweetest exchange I have witnessed. Hairdressers hear everything and work hard for the money they make. Vicki is absolutely great at what she does and as an added bonus her personality and interest in people is easily evident. She is a giving, kind person, with a warm loving heart. She is happy to laugh and to be a real confidant and friend. She is amazing! I highly recommend her and will never go to anyone else. I always look forward to getting my hair done and feel so good when I leave the salon. Thank you Vicki!! I heart you!!!

Awesome hair dressers and really good consistency between each hair cut.

Lisa DeBard is amazing! I have been going to Lisa now for a couple years to have my hair cut and colored. I have never left without loving my hair and the service. The salon is always clean and associates are very friendly.
