Patrea was representing the sellers of the house we purchased. We did not have an agent, and she graciously offered her services to us. I usually hesitate when an agent represents both buyer and seller, but she was so professional and we felt as if she was our agent only. She went well beyond what a real estate agent shoukd do, and made sure all of our needs were met. I would not hesitate at all in referring Patrea and her whole office to any one of our friends.

I can't imagine it getting any better than working with Patrea. If it can be done, she will find a way to make it happen. She's worked on some complex transactions for my family and she's not afraid to dig in deep and become the expert. She's sharp and she has a lot of heart. I'm so glad we chose her!

Patrea is a wonderful, knowledgeable agent. Patrea understands the market and knows what needs to be done. She staged our home, helped us paint, and even mowed our neighbors lawn. Now being in our new home she is still helping. She has a great list of vendors that we used from blinds to concrete work. Patrea truly cares about her clients and will help you every step of the buying and selling process, and at the end you have gained a great friend.
