Tim is awesome! He is extremely personable, helpful, knowledgeable and dependable. We bought a home from out of state in a relatively short window of time and Tim was perfect for us. He listened to really help us identify what we wanted and then went to work to help us find our home. He went above and beyond what we expected. We’d recommend him to anyone.

From the very first day working with Tim, he has showed the best hard work and dedication toward our home buying experience. He made us feel as if we were his number one priority throughout our whole experience. He is extremely organized and has the best communication! I Just finished selling our South Jordan house through Tim Lowry. The buyers had several contingencies. Had Tim not been involved, It would have caused us to walk away from the offer. In the end he negotiated a very fair settlement for more money than I thought we would get. Tim is a great communicator that kept both parties informed every step of the way. I am so pleased we found Tim and his KW firm. If you are looking to buy or sell a home but are afraid of the stress involved, hand your fears over to Tim. I highly recommend him with no reservations.
