Johnny is amazing! We absolutely love our home and it checked off all the boxes for what our family needs. The seller had some things they had to do and were not geographically able to. Johnny made sure they were done professionally and completed in a timely fashion so we could get our dream home. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Johnny, and have referred him to my close friends and family.

Mr. Cassell was absolutely fantastic. I have bought and sold 7 homes in my life and he is the very best realtor with whom I have had the pleasure to work. His attributes are his attention to detail and research on the property in question. He did physical labor, as the property was owned by a hoarder with a need to get out. He was kind, compassionate and listened to concerns extremely well. He was instrumental in getting the old home up to standard using his knowledge and contacts in the Valley to help, while keeping a close eye on cost. I cannot speak bighly enough regarding this fine, honest man.

Johnny Cassell absolutely exceeded our expectations as a realtor and we are so grateful we hired him to sell our home when we chose to move out of state. He helped us see how addressing the details could make a big difference in the market price of our home. Recognizing we did not have the time or network to make the repairs and updates to achieve the higher price, Johnny worked with us to set a budget and then acted as our general contractor to take care of EVERYTHING. The amount of stress and burden this took off us could never be overstated. He made the phone calls, scheduled and met with the service professionals, and did much of the work himself. In the end, a minor amount of money resulted in a significantly higher asking price on our home and it went under contract, above asking price, almost immediately after it went on the market!nnJohnny was a pleasure to work with and was great at communicating throughout the process. He was patient with all our questions (even when they were repeat) and thoughtful and thorough with his answers.
