Steve is great! He genuinely cares about you and what you are looking for in a house. When we were having issues with our builder we would let him know and he would take care of the issues with the builder so we didn't have to worry about it. He helped us get a great deal and worked great with our lender. He helped us pick the perfect colors and location for our build. He's an awesome human being.

Steve was our realtor for both the buying of and selling of our homes, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to selling our townhome. When our first buyers backed out 24 hours after we excepted an offer, Steve made several phone calls and had potential buyers lined up with in an hour and we had new offers the next day. He did a great job of listening to our needs and wants when it came to looking for our new house. He was always available whenever we had questions, and he had plenty of houses lined up for us to look at, all of which fit our needs. He made the whole process smooth and a lot less stressful for our family. We would highly recommend using Steve anytime someone is looking to buy or sell their house.

Steve was really great and helpful with helping my wife and me buy our first home. He made himself constantly available working around our schedules and always answered all of our questions. He really took the stress out of the process. And you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and making sure their needs are met. Even years after Steve takes time out of his schedule to wish my family happy holidays and making sure everything is going well for us. Steve is the best! I was a first time home buyer, who had no idea what I was doing. He took the time to meet with me and answer all of my millions of questions. He was with me from the beginning, through the build, through the build issues, all the way to the day I got the keys. He cares about your happiness and makes sure that you are comfortable with the process. I will be using his services again when I'm ready to sell and upgrade.
