I have lived here for about 2 months and feel very happy with my new place overall. If I have a complaint, it is dealt with immediately. I love the neighborhood and how close my new place is to stores and restaurants.I really needed a place with lots of sunlight and this place met that entirely. I called about my dryer going out and Nate (one of the maintenance guys on sight) has come by the last two days to fix it. I think my dryer problem was unit specific and wont be a problem for many people or anyone really. I appreciate how professional and cool he is to talk to. I think coming on here and leaving a review about Olympus at the district and how serious they take your priorities was important for future residents looking to move here. Thank you for everything Olympus.

I've lived at this complex since July, my experience has been nothing less than amazing. I'm a Dad of 4 and it's very family friendly clean and safe. The staff is wonderful and quick to respond to anything from maintenance requests to email questions. Cindy especially goes out of her way to help. If your lucky enough to live here you won't regret it.

As six year residents here in our leased townhome, we highly recommend you do NOT move here if you value sleep, considerate neighbors, responsive management or reasonable community noise levels during the day. The lease and HOA policies are not enforced, community standards are not enforced, the 24/7 excessive resident and construction noise is unaddressed, leash laws are ignored, loitering is unaddressed, and cars are vandalized while parked in community parking places. Police must be called regularly, and noise violation complaints must be filed regularly with property management. We are counting the days until we can move. This community had done a complete 180 since we moved here in 2016 and is no longer safe, hospitable or tolerable. Management is unprofessional and committed to excuses, as opposed to action and reassurance. We have zero quality of life here at Olympus at The District.

My experience from start to finish with Olympus at the district has been amazing. I was relocating from out of state and had recently had a move in fall apart at a different property in Sandy due to them not cleaning or preparing the apartment for move in. After contacting Olympus, Cindy talked with me, scheduled a virtual tour with me, and walked me through the unit. It was wonderful. Clean, lovely location, and Cindy was very kind and knowledge about the area. I applied the same day, completed paperwork, submitted fees, and everything was ready at move in. I have lived here for over 2 years. They have always been diligent in any repairs or problems. They have been great to work with and have always been beyond helpful! I really enjoyed my time here..
