The maintenance Supervisor, Troy and front office personnel & Manager (Dave & Cass) have been professional and accommodative. The location is wonderful and convenient. I have a small reservation on hearing other's music and televisions through the walls, but it's not as bad as other apartments where I've resided. The appliances are a tad dated, but functional and operational. Again, the professionalism of the front office staff has compensated for any slight reservations I've observed. The character of people , when presented with challenges, makes a big difference.

Juan the leasing agent was so nice and accommodating. And very helpful with information of what was available and when.nHe went out of his way to stay late and show me what was available. The whole staff was very nice and helpful.

We have been very satisfied in our stay of 7 years. The maintenance requests have been responded in a timely manner and courteously. Thankyou !

The office staff are so incredibly rude and do not care about their residents. There have been multiple break-ins in the complex and they do not do anything about it. They say they have security but I have never seen security and the South Jordan police officer I spoke with said she has been working the area on the graveyard shift for 5 years and has never seen security. The complex will send texts to the complex regarding pool closures or will remind people to pick up after their dogs but refused multiple times to send a text out letting people know about the break-ins. I have requested maintenance and they never show up and they cancel my request. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
