Kristen was an outstanding realtor. We had a high price point, in the middle of COVID but she got it done.nnKristen is extremely responsive to sellers and is an outstanding representative. She has good tactics and can help manage the ups and downs of selling a home.nnThroughout the process, she demonstrated her value by doing the little things. She was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend her on any transaction. I will not use anyone else.

We met Kristen about a year before we were ready to buy from out of state. She kept in touch with us, only checking in when I asked her to, to make sure she was there when we needed her. When we were ready she was amazing. She kept within our price range and tried to show us exactly what we were looking for. She even went and saw homes with our son or by herself since we were out of state. When I flew in for a few days she devoted her time to helping us find our home. She was very knowledgeable about the process and about the area, which was very important since we knew practically nothing about the area we were looking in. She helped the process go smoothly and worked tirelessly until we found our home.

Kristen works hard for your family and it patient and compassionate. I would recommend her 1000%. She worked to get us a great deal!! She had to put in multiple offers for a few different places and her experience helped us lock one in!!

Kristen was great from start to finish. The first house we looked at she was pretty clear in pointing out where it was falling short of what would be expected for a house with that asking price, instead of just trying to sell us on it. She was always available when needed for a showing. She gave excellent feedback during the process and kept us on target for all of the necessary deadlines for paperwork. If we were in the market for another house, or selling the house we just bought, I would not hesitate to contact her and cannot recommend her enough.

Kristen has assisted me during three different real estate transactions in Utah County, UT; two as my buyer's agent and one as my seller's agent. Kristen was very knowledgeable about the areas in which I searched, including nearby amenities, access/traffic, and comparable home values. Kristen made herself available on short notice for home showings, conversations about contract negotiations, and inspection appointments, etc. Kristen was very responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts. Kristen provided excellent advice and tips on the home buying and selling process and was with me every step of the way. Kristen always offered multiple options and provided her professional recommendations for how to approach situations and offers, but always allowed me as the buyer/seller to make the final decision with no pressure. Kristen made the home buying and selling process much less stressful by providing cleaning and staging services as well. If the need to move in the future arises, I would gladly have her represent me again.
