Diane was very helpful and throughout getting us into our rental home quickly. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were taken care of. The Portal program is very easy to use in making monthly payments and taking care of issues that may need to be addressed. We would recommend Kyro Property Management for your future home. Kyro Property has been good to us so far! Diane is very willing to work with our situation and very personable, which I appreciate. The third party contractors need some help with timing because I would like all of the things on our place fixed up. Other than that Kyro is awesome!

Kyro, Matt and Diane have been managing my properties in St. George for two years. They have been absolutely fantastic, and I am grateful! They have kept these rentals occupied, and kept me with happy tenants who pay their rent in a timely fashion. I appreciate their service very much.

We just signed the lease to our new rental and cannot be more excited! Diane from the very start was upfront, pleasant, honest, and compassionate with all of our questions and was incredibly understanding of our situation. I totally recommend Kyro if you're looking for a place to rent. They have shown us time and time again from the first phone call that they really do care about you and definitely work above and beyond to meet your needs! Matt and Dianne were awesome to work with, really cool people and Dianne is very funny. Their repair guy does very below average work, not sure if he still works there, but after three separate times to come patch holes from the previous tenets it still looks awful, and i'm not even that picky. When we first moved in our AC did not work and took them a little under 3 weeks to get it fixed. It was June and 110 outside and inside temp was 90-100. Other that that it was great to work with them. They split companies from preferred prop management about a year back when they were called alternative prop management and we stuck with preferred and so far has been pretty good. They do push writing reviews pretty hard while you are a tenant there which made me write a 5 star review initially to keep a good relationship
