The owner and staff were kind and polite, but in the end I felt like my requests were not heard, and I was just a sale to be made. COVID precautions were decent, but the place was a bit crowded for my comfort. All in all, not a bad experience, but I will seek out a more attentive facility for future services.

I have been going here for years. They are wonderful.

Not the best or cleanest experience during the times, no customers washed their hands prior to looking at nail colors, no temp taken and i was passed between 4 different nail techs

Nu (not sure if that’s how you spell her name) is always SO GOOD! she takes her time w/ the pedicures unlike other nail techs i’ve had in the past. she always makes sure you are satisfied w/ nail shape, color, everything.nHong is also very sweet & welcoming! i’ll be back for sure! :)
