Been going here for about a year. Every visit has been more than positive, great service, friendly staff, they remember me, suggest new colors, long lasting mani/pedis :)

The salon interior and hours are hard to beat in the Newcastle area, but the last few times I've come in, the service itself has been declining. I come in every 3-4 months, yet they don't recognize me and never suggest their stamp card (even though I had to ask for one originally). My nail quality feels sub-par and starts to break within 2 weeks, along with the paint. They've stopped offering lotion or anything above and beyond with the manicure experience that they once did — don't even get me started with their pedicures.nnReally unfortunate because I was recommending this place to friends and family, but because of the last few visits, I've started telling everyone to go elsewhere.
