If I could give no stars at all I would! I recently traveled to Ruidoso with my family and had wondered into this store with a close friend of mine. The staff was super nice and helpful BUT!!!! You better make sure whatever you buy you want with all your heart and soul because they DON'T take returns only exchanges. They say that they don't take sale items back which is every single item in the store so beware before you buy. I had no idea that all sales were final and when I tried to return the shoes I bought the staff was extremely rude to my friend and I! I will never ever ever EVER return to this store in New Mexico or Texas!!
