Busy Bee Coin Laundries

Perhaps one of the most unpleasant laundromat experiences I’ve had. Estimate that about 1/3 of the machines are out of order, marked with signs old enough to indicate that they’re not even pretending they’ll fix them. Signs on the door essentially advertising that they consider masking/Covid precautions optional... may your own call, but I’ll not be returning or recommending.

Free Wifi and spacious. I like it. There are 5-6 triple loaders so usually one is open unless you have a customer selfishly decide they're going to load all of the, let them finish and not unload them for half an hour. For the most part however, you can get one and there are a ton of dryers. There is plenty of folding space so that people can distance themselves from each other. Better than most!!

Been using this laundry for almost 3 years and it's a great place usually clean and quick to take care of any issue and although it's the Busy Bee it's never too busy and I can get all my clothes done

Is it asking too much to be treated courteously and valued as a 14 year+ customer? Apparently so. This local chain is a monopoly and have nothing to loose. If you don't have a washer and dryer where else will you go? I hope a new chain will open and put them out of business or make them value and treat their customers appropriately. But they do have a Virgin Marry and Cross hanging on the wall. I guess that makes everything Okay.nWhat happened?... well. I'll tell ya. The laundry had only 3 people doing their laundry, me and two other men. I put my clothes in two of the extra large machines on the back wall. Their were still 3 of those machines not being used. Knowing they would be done within about 40 minutes or less I sat in my vehicle to wait for them to finish. After all it was not busy at all, there were 3 other machines like the ones I used still available and when I went back in the attendant was removing my clothes from the washer, it must have been finishes for less than 10 minutes. Again, 2 other customers not waiting on the machines I was using, 3 other exactly the same machines sitting empty and this guy is taking my clothes out of the machines as if they have been there all day and he is in a hurry to go somewhere, he was rude and a jerk and could care less. On another occasion the evening lady was sweeping the floor and the dirt was going to my ankles. Again, she could care less and was rude on more than one occasion. At one of their other locations an employee intentionally stood in my way as I tried to get by as if he didn't see me. Also a jerk. I helped an elder lady with her laundry at that location and somehow her machine didn't start and she called the main store for help so they sent him.... since I wanted to give them some space to sort out her issue I waited in my vehicle before getting my laundry from the washer, cause to be honest she didn't appreciate my help after she couldn't get her washer to work and I didn't need that drama for trying to help someone,,,,, and this guy comes out to my vehicle to make it very clear that I should get my clothes out of the washer.... you guessed it.. being a jerk. So apparently they don't care if they are jerks to decent customers cause they have nothing to loose and the Virgin Mary is totally on their side.

Machines are clean. Room well lit. Staff helpful when needed.
