The staff on the clothing side of the store is quite rude, but the shoe portion has very friendly and helpful staff. The prices on the items are slightly higher than any comparable store and they don’t offer any student, teacher, or military discount.

Brunells is the BEST! I absolutely love shopping Here! Best mountain gear you'll find in the Sacramento mountains. The staff is AMAZING. The Hydro flask selection is the best I've seen! Plenty of tempting Patagonia gear. Like alot of stores in Ruidoso, be sure to ask for deals! HUGE CHACO and shoe brand selection. Anything you could possibly want for a hike, they got it.Used to be connected to nomad but looks like they separated. One of the store keepers, Travis, is very genuine and very friendly! Remembered me when I came back after a whole year and i had a mask on! Will always pop in when in Ruidosoud83dudc4d
