I've got to brag on Snyder's Dry Cleaning, Cindy Snyder Waters. She is INCREDIBLE!nnI called Snyder's Fabric Care Center Dry Cleaning yesterday afternoon and explained that I goofed by not getting my dry cleaning to them sooner and needed it back today. Not only did Cindy take extra care to get it all done in time, she also took the extra step to personally deliver to me this morning. This location needs to take alterations down from the window if they cannot provide the service. I called on a Thursday verifying they alter wedding dresses. They told me yes bring it between 8-11 am. I explained I would be in Monday. Went in Monday first thing 8 am and they could not help me. The person who does alterations went on vacation. I like to give businesses benefit of the doubt I went back a week later to get hems taken up on 4 dresses and it would take 2-3 weeks for completion. ud83eudd2a Just take the sign down if you cannot provide a service. I gladly took my items down the road to Plaza Cleaners whom had no problems completing my order. I must mention four hems and one item dry cleaned was less than $40. Time efficient and affordable.

I have used Snyder's since 2006 and have always had my clothes returned to me in superior condition. Silk blouses looked like new after being cleaned by Snyder's.nThe counter person assisting me is always personable, polite and professional.nThe building appears clean and tidy. Charming pictures painted by Mrs Snyder are displayed in the reception area.
