I’ve gone to USA nails and USA nails too on and off for about 8 years and this most recent time everything was completely rushed even though I made an appointment. The manicure experience was terrible!! I had to ask to soak my hands in water while my friend right next to me got hers and they took their time with her. They also cut my fingers not one, not two, but three times to the point where it drew blood! The price is fairly high and I did not receive the quality, time, or effort I paid for!
I been going here for years and came in last week the pedicure was good but the price was outrageous 50 for a pedicure is way too much. For a 30 min pedi no thanks I Will not be going there any more
My pedicure was great, but they didn’t have the tools to buff my nails (I didn’t want nail polish). Everyone in my group had a bad experience with their nail technician, so I can’t give this place a 5 star rating.
Always courteous, eager to help in any way.Alwsys able to get me in and out! If they can't get you in, they call the other store and gets me in! They are awesome!
Very clean spa, with kind and accommodating staff. They are doing an excellent job of taking protective measures and are in adherence to COVID guidelines enforced by the Governor's mandate. I was very fortunate to be able to do a walk-in pedicure with a little wait time of 15 minutes. I would definitely be setting up an appointment online next time to help ease their burden of accommodating patrons. The staff were very kind, attentive and showed great technical skill. After working a week straight of 12s, to be pampered by the USA Nails 2 team was a definite treat.
